Tim Rozon
Tim Rozon’s notable roles include Mutt Schitt on the Emmy® and Golden Globe®–winning CBC/Netflix comedy Schitt’s Creek, where he starred alongside Eugene Levy, Dan Levy, Catherine O’Hara, and Chris Elliott. He portrayed the legendary Doc Holliday on the SyFy fan-favorite Wynonna Earp and starred as Luke Roman, a real estate agent specializing in haunted homes, on SyFy’s SurrealEstate. His recent work includes portraying tennis star Noah Renard on Canada’s longest-running series, Murdoch Mysteries, and appearing as Salty Dan in Amazon’s We Were Liars.

Additional recent credits include Karate Kid: Legends, where he appeared opposite Jackie Chan, Ralph Macchio, and Ben Wang as the villain O’Shea, and Universal Pictures’ Dakota, playing an Iraq War veteran opposite Abbie Cornish. He also starred alongside Graham Greene, Tanaya Beatty, and Nathaniel Arcand in the Indigenous action-revenge feature Protectors of the Land, and opposite Harvey Keitel in Tubi’s Spread.

Kat Barrell
Katherine “Kat” Barrell has appeared in over 100 episodes of scripted television and 14 feature films, leading seven and directing two. She is best known for her series regular roles as Officer Nicole Haught on Wynonna Earp (NBC/SYFY), Alicia Rutherford on Workin’ Moms (Netflix), and Joy Harper on Good Witch (Hallmark).

Kat is a two-time E! People’s Choice Award winner as part of the Wynonna Earp cast and has received TVLine’s Performer of the Month and SpoilerTV’s Performer of the Year honors. In 2020, she won the Canadian Screen Award for Audience Choice Performer and was nominated again in 2024 for Best Lead Actress for her role in the Tubi original Making Scents of Love.

Rachel Skarsten
Rachel Skarsten started her career as the superhero Black Canary/Dinah Lance in the WB series Birds of Prey(2002). She then played the role of Tamsin in the supernatural crime drama television series Lost Girl(2010-2016), Andrea in the successful movie Fifty Shades of Grey (2015), Queen Elizabeth I in the CW series Reign and starred in several movies for Hallmark such as Marry Me at Christmas, Timeless Love and Christmas Island. Other projects include Aaron Sorkin’s Molly’s Game (2017) and Acquainted (2018).
In 2019, Rachel was cast as the villainous lead and twin sister Alice/Beth Kane, opposite Ruby Rose in Batwoman, the CW’s drama from Greg Berlanti’s Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros Television. She now has a podcast with co-star Anna Silk.

Jonathan Hallett
We are thrilled to announce that Jonathan Hallett will be joining us at Billings Fun Con 2026. He is professional Storyboard Artist and Concept Artist for the Film, Television and Video Game industries. He will be bringing his whimsical art of Stitch to Billings as he has designed the newest Billings Fun Con logo!
